Easy Keto Cheese Sauce

Put this cheese sauce on EVERYTHING – it is that good.

I was looking for an easy and delicious way to add fat to my meals. We picked up Boursin and I was not sure what we were going to do with it but keto allows me to eat cheese (my kind of diet) so I knew I would come up with something. This is so simple to make and it goes well on everything – even on a spoon for you to eat it by itself.

Here’s what you will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package of Boursin
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic bread seasoning (optional)

First, Melt the butter over medium heat

Once the butter has melted, add in heavy whipping cream. Stir.

After you have mixed those together, add in the entire Boursin cheese.

Let it melt into the mixture. You can stir it to encourage it but you do not have to. Eventually it will completely incorporate into the sauce. At that point, stir it all together to make sure there are no chunks.

It should look like this:

To gain extra “oohs” and “ahs” from your family, add in some of this Garlic Spread Seasoning. I get this at Costco. If you cannot find it you can add a bit of garlic powder and parmesan cheese.

Mix it all together and you get this scrumptious mixture.

We put it on spaghetti squash – which is so easy to cook in the instant pot that it is worth it for that alone.

This recipe is a must try! You can make it in 10 minutes and it is way better than anything in a can.
